I have just bought the WD TV Live Streaming Media Player.
It will not connect to my PC.
How do I ask a question and get help?

Hi, I have the exact same problem. Constantly loses the connection to the computer. Even in time movie.
This is where you guys can ask for help, but people will need a lot more details before they can try to help you.
You need to give as much detail as possible about:
(1) your PC: OS, how shares set up, etc.
(2) your network equipment and configuration: how SMP connected, etc.
(3) steps tried and results: how you tried to connect with SMP and exactly what happened, etc.
