WD TV Live Doesnt show some icons in grid pattern

Hi i just purchased a WDBHG70000NBK-12 And i set it up to show in grid pattern however the Music, Photos, and Video Icons are all missing from the grid like it shows in the preview. How do i get these icons in there?

do a factory reset

Setup > System > Device Reset > Reset All Settings Back to Factory Default
