There were some issues in earlier versions of the firmware… have you updated to the latest?

I have.  I read that later versions of mkv merge caused it.  Sad  that Ill have to reencode nearly my entire library to get it to work.  Should have just bought another XBOX360 :frowning:

That issue with MKVMerge was fixed a LONG time ago.   

Your issue must be something else.

I have over a thousand MKV files that play fine…

I don’t see anything obviously wrong with yours, though…
