I have been using my Western Digital TV Live media player for some time, pulling videos off an external hard disk drive. I recently upgraded my drive to a 3T Western Digital with USB3. I can play TS files off of it, but I get a message that the media player can’t read the MP4 files (even though they work fine when on an older, smaller drive). I get a message “Unable to play the selected file. Please refer to the user manual from a list of supported file formats”.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
