WD TV DA103548 ..have to do hard resets so it can work weekly

hey guys, bought myself the   WD TV DA103548…all works well for a week or so…then it doesnt… it will only work again when i hard reset it…its currently set up as is…

cat5 into a router

has latest firmware

its reading from my pc, which is freshly formatted on win7 on a newish 2tb wd hardrive

i specify a hardrive to read off…

some days i can see whats on the hardrives but it wont play either…**bleep**…

getting really sick of doing the hard resets so it can work again…any ideas?

I have no idea what product that is – is that your serial number?  The model numbers for the player discussed in this forum are WDBYMN0000NBK and WDBPUF0000NBK.

yeah a serial would help… WDBPUF0000NBK

this hdtv box is quite painful…like i mentioned constant hard resets…able to read the hardrive, but wont play anything…then it wont work,   do a hard reset, rinse repeat…then it works…
