Hi, my Mac freezes and restarts constantly if i am using my WD TB Duo (8GB) with an app called Mylio. First I though its a problem with my configuration or mylio. But now I had another look at my drive. The full drive test with the WD software fails permanently (the short one is fine). Now I tried to test the drives with a drive called DriveDX and it reports a read failure in one of the drives. The LBA of the 1st error is about 939.201.744. I am not sure now what to do, do I have to exchange the drive? Or can I fix this by my own?
