We have installed WD Sync succesfully.
I can sign up my account, but when I deselect “My Pictures”, “My Videos” etc, and continue … then Internal Error Server 500.
Any idea?
We need remote connection.

Finally we can solve it.
When I try to update de firmware from GUI, and it returns an error, gives me the clue.
DNS servers were unreachable. I changed them and everythings fine.
I hope can help anyone.
