WD Sync Stops working / finding device

Client OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1
WD Sync: 1.3.5949.26210
Firmware: 2.21.126

I can map a drive without issue to the device via the OS without issue. WD Sync presents an error 'Unable to connect to the remote server.

Attempted full power cycle and uninstall/reinstall of the software seems to have worked but not sure for how long.

Please let me know if others are also seeing this issue.
