Wd sync only works 'up'

my wd synch works perfectly up…
from my pc to my wd my cloud wonderfull, but when i make a change online (site or on my mobile device, or wdmycloud app) it doens’t change on the pc…

It is working fine in all the condition but the only thing when you make changes to the Mobile device app or My cloud app it won’t make changes on the computer. Well if the synchronization is in the process and you have deleted the data online so it will take time to delete and if you have already waited for long then I would recommend you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
