WD sync only when system is idle or once per hour

Hi all, I’m a big fan of WD sync software but I’ve some issues when importing large batches of files (for example RAW photos with Lightroom). WD Sync starts immediately with syncing the files causing problems in Lightroom while some files are in use by WD Sync. It would be great to have some additional settings in WD sync with respect to the frequency of syncing and the state of the system (idle versus high performance tasks) and/or network (no network activity versus using full bandwidth).
