I created a user account for my wife on my MyCloud Mirror.
By default this created a share for her on the MyCloud Mirror.
Can she also use WDSYNC to sync files from her lap top computer into WDSync folders within her Share on the MyCloud Mirror?

Yes, she can also able to use WD Sync but first, you have to create user account for you wife and after that she will able to sync her laptop.
