Why am I unable to add this drive to WDSync?
I am not able to use the FTP of sftp options mentioned in another post.
If this product is unable to back up a network drive, which WD product should I be using?

That did not appear to address my question.
I need to backup drive Z: that is mapped to my network.
WD Sync and the article you referred to only gives me access to local drives, even if I sign into mycloud.com
