WD Sync Missing drive

WD Sync stops seeing MyCloud and displays missing drive error.

I have been having an authentication revoked problem on my phone recently and the solution was to connect the phone using a code. (Authentication revoked)

I am thinking the WD Sync is using the same method to connect to the drive and it times out. When I disconnect the drive and connect again, set up all folders to sync it will go for a day or two and stops again.

Is there a way to use the code connection method in WD Sync?
Is there a solution to the authentication timing out. This very important feature is useless for me otherwise.
