WD Sync issues - content database needs rebuilding everyday

The only reason I purchased WD Sync was because of its dropbox like ability to automatically sync files. It’s sad to know that I can’t just set up WD sync and forget about it, while it carries out sync activities in the background. The automatic sync basically just doesn’t work…that is until someone decides to go into the EX4’s settings and rebuild the content database. Once the database has been rebuilt, syncing starts and goes on for about a day or so, after which the database gets corrupted again and needs another rebuild.

Has WD been able to fix this issue as this was the only reason I purchased the EX4. It’s a shame that we don’t get to use the automatic sync feature. Has anyone found a workaround for this issue? I’d like to hear what other EX4 users have to say about this.

I’m assuming you’ve been facing similar sync issues. Is that right?

I had this same issue on my DL4100. The newest firmware just released seems to have fixed this issue.
