WD Sync issue " The underlying connection was closed; Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."

There’s other topics on this subject but no answers.

WD Sync running on Windows 7 enterprise produces the following error when trying to sync:

" The underlying connection was closed; Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."

I can upload files using WD Access but More then a year in and I still cant sync… any help would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a security certificate problem: that ‘trust relationship’ phrase. If it can’t establish a ‘trust relationship’, it will not be able to perform the required key exchange protocol to generate the SSL session encryption key.

Any solution to this problem? I am getting the same error message. How can I establish a “trust relationship”. I took my “pictures” file off of WD sync to correct some pending files issues, then when I tried to add the pictures file back to WD Sync, I now get this message.
