WD Sync installs but does not sync anything

I’ve installed WD Sync onto 2 Computers…my work PC on the same network as MyCloud and my Laptop at home.

It says in the WD Sync menu that MyCoud is up to date but when I access MyCloud remotely…nothing has synced…it’s the same for my PC at work…nothing gets synced to MyCloud. Not even on first installation…it just doesn’t sync.

Any ideas?

What firmware are you running on the unit?

The latest firmware is installed…it’s set to auto update.
It did work the other day after I played with the settings on the MyCloud UI…it actually synced for the first time.

But now, at home on my laptop, it says WDMyCloud is missing.
