WD Sync Installer quit unexpectedly!

I’ve tried a lot of times, on security mode on my mac, after correcting permissions and still appear this message! I’m using El Captain 10.11.4. What’s happening, Help me please! Because WD My Cloud App ALWAYS close down when upload a file!

having same problems here after i updated el cap to latest version

I have same issue ( WD Sync Service quit unexpectedly) on a Mac Mini I uninstall and install it back 2 times, and nothing change, this issue do not happen on my Mac Air.
Any Solution ? HELP…

i cant even reinstall wd sync, its crashing before installation starts.

It seems that this is the main cause of the problem!

Finally this genius guy found the solution. Apparently the problem is due to a disabled font (Arial) on Mac OS.

I was going to be crazy, this guy is really a genius and I will never end up thanking you, thank you thank you for having solved me a huge problem.

I have the same problem now for 2 years and still no resolution, I have checked the font book as suggested but Arial font is ‘On’ and still does not solve the issue, I have literally tried everything imaginably mentioned on these forums, has anybody gotten to the bottom of this???
