I keep getting this error when installing the WD Sync for my My Cloud Mirror Gen 2.
Version 1.3.5949.26210
Firmware on the device is up-to-date. I checked three times.2.21.126
Internet connection is enabled and working. I verified through the router and the device, checking it off network through the mobile app.
I realized after I posted this that I had an external WD Hard Drive with Smartware and I just upgraded it and it installed. However, I do not see any indication that there is a sync process running. Should I see an icon or something?
After it installs – it shows the My Cloud Device — and prompts me to login to My Cloud. I do so and the login box just keeps popping up. I can log in through the web site interface with no issue.
