WD Sync have problem with polish characters on MacOS

I have a serious problem with synchronization between macOS and Windows by WD Sync.
When I synchronize folder with polish characters (for example “ę”) My Cloud Disk create duplicate folders (only seen in network environment in Windows explorer).
It is strange. When I create new file on macOS it will be seen only on macOS or network environment in Windows. I will not see a file from synchronized folder in Windows.
But when I create folder from Windows, it will be seen on macOS and Windows synchronized folders and only one duplicate folder from network environment in Windows explorer.
Please help me with this problem, I can’t use this device without it.

I have:

  1. WD MyCloud 2TB with firmware 2.30.165
  2. Macbook with macOS 10.12.6
  3. Windows 10 on second device
  4. Router ASUS RT-AC51U

Same problem, will not accept norwegian characters (æøå). Mapping the drive via NFS and i can’t even create folders with those characters. WD sync creates folders (replacing Ø with Ø for instance) but then it can’t upload files because it can’t find the folder.

fw 2.30.181, Windows 10
