I cannot reset my password or get into my WD Support Portal account. Please help. I have tried to reset my password several times but it is very frustrating to the point that I am seriously considering never to purchase a WD product ever again. Someone please restore my faith in WD. It is pretty shook up at the moment.
@SenorJalapeno What steps have you taken to try and change your password for the Support Portal? Did you click on I forgot my password? If you did, what happened? Did you get any type of message?
