WD Studio 2 shuts down / sleeps

Hi, I just bought a WD Studio 2 2TB for my PC. I noticed that after a few mins of inactivity, the drive goes to sleep. “waking up” occasionally takes too long and crashes the drive. Ive had to replace the Studio 2 when it became corrupted once.

I’ve read in the other forum that there is an option to prevent it to go to sleep for Mac. How do i the same when for PC?
