Does the WD Online Store sell/send internal HDDs (Example: WD Red) in OEM or Retail Box?

I think they don’t sell OEM drive as they are the manufacturer and OEM drives are sold only to the companies who manufacture computers.

When I have ordered a drive it came as a bare drive. Not in a retail package. But as it being an OEM?
