WD SN570 500 GB 'No erase available'

Hi everyone,
when i try to secure erase via WD Dashboard program, it says like :

‘No erase is available, please use your system BIOS to erase the device.’
What can i do to solve this problem? Thanks .

I gave it back to retailer. I had an another problem with this product. Like steam download speed not properly
