I installed WD SmartWare and when i open it, it just freezes, i have un installed, reinstalled and it does the same all the time, and i can’t click the gold sign to upgrade to pro.

After a while i got the golden key open and now it says my key is invalid -_- and then i can’t click anything.

[ I think i fixed it for now, but it’s still lagging when starting up.

No one have had this problem before?

I have the same problem with my new installation.  I received an activation code by Email but I do not find the feature (key) in the WD Smartware panel (which is supposed to be next to the ‘?’ icon)  in order to insert that code.

Moreover, Quickview does’nt work at all.  Nothing happens when I try to open it.
