Wd smartware pro upgrade activation problem

Hi,

I just wanted to know if anyone else came across this problem or if anyone has any tips.

I purchased an activation code for the wd smartware pro upgrade yesterday - 27.7.2013.  I’m using v2.1.0 and when I enter the activation code and email from my purchase I always get the message:

Activation Result:

“Your software have been temporarily activated.  Your purchase record has not been received. We will try to auto-revalidate periodically”

The temporary activation lasts for a few hours before saying my trial has expired and it goes back to the normal state.   Then I try again and it does the same thing.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Does anyone have any tips?
