WD SmartWare Pro Backup ERROR!

I just bought the MyCloud Mirror 2. gen and is now trying to figure out how to use this thing…

So, I am trying to backup my external harddisc using WD SmartWare Pro but they are continously asking me for a Username and Password. I have tried all of my usernames and passwords, but nothing Works?!!
WHAT IS GOING ON?!

Secondly, where is the “Power off” button on this thing. Am i supposed to cut the cord every time I move it?!

Please, help!
