Was WD Smartware of WD Elements 5TB for Mac released? I bought it today and found no Mac version. In addition, I have been using WD My Book 3TB and its Smartware of Mac has been found good enough. Therefore, I am searching WD Elements 5TB.

The WD Elements is just a external hard drive designed to be used like a flash drive. If you want automatic backup on your Mac with the Elements, you will need to use either Time Machine or a third party software.
