Hey, I have windows 7 32 bit. Today i connected “My Passport” 1TB SE and the system tray icon only shows these two options: Safely Remove My Passport essential and About WD Smartware. It used to show a shortcut to WD smartware directly. Please help me.
that happended when you did a right click on the icon? did you double click the icon to see if smartware open?
either when i double click or right click, it give those two options when it should be three including WD smartware
