I’ve just purchased the new My Passport Ultra 1TB - I’ve reformatted the drive for Mac usage. I’m struggling to get WD Smartware to display the drive? I’m running OS X El Capitan if that’s any use.
I want to setup the Dropbox feature
What am I doing wrong??

Yeah the model number is WDBGPU0010BBK-EESN
This drive is not compatible with Smartware on Mac.
The drive should work without issues with Time machine.
