I recently updated to the latest version of this software and now I can not keep the backup running. I watch it and it will one or two files and then stops. I have to keep pressing “Start Backup”. This is a brand new 1TB drive and it has more then enough room for my files. What can I do?
Is the firmware up to date as well?

I just found the update and it is saying that my drive is already up to date.
Can you please confirm the firmware release?
Go to settings > drive settings > about your drive
you can uninstall and reinstall the software as well
About your software says Version 1.6.0
Sorry firmware says 1.012
