Hi community,
The WD SmartWare has gone completely useless.
I can not chose the MyCloud as a backup target or source. Only my PC and Dropbox are available.
Getting so frustrated with this entire solution, about to scrap it and get something else.

What happens if you re-install WD SmartWare? Do you have another WD hard drive to test if the application is working with other WD devices?
