When I attempt to install WD Smartware, this blank screen pops up and then nothing happens thereafter. I’ve tried multiple downloads and reboots - same result. Please help!
What computer/device are you trying to install SmartWare on? What operating system do you have?

Hi cat0w - thanks for your reply. I’m trying to install Smartware on a Lenovo T460 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. I have made sure everything is updated Windows-wise and I have tried downloading and installing WD SmartWare (File Size: 42 MB, Version: 2.4.16, Release Date: 6/21/2016) several times, getting the same error every time. It seems as if the installation starts, but then hangs, leaving me with the blank installation window I copied into my original post above. Any other thoughts?
