I have 4 external HDDs. My Book 3, 4 and 8 Tb and a My Passport 600 GB. I can access and use all drives through Windows File Explorer without any issue. WD Smartware can recognized the 3 Tb, 4 Tb and the 600 GB HDD but will not recognize the 8 Tb. I have exited the software and rebooted, neither worked. I checked the WD Community and have not found an answer to the issue.
