After reinstalling Windows 10 Pro, I installed all the WD software that I want to use like my previous Windows 10. I am not able to to get the Smartware software to open up past the Smartware icon. I flashes for 1 sec then disappears.
@TIMOTHY_FOOR You may want to try this. Open up the Control Panel and then click on Uninstall A Program, scroll down and select WD SmartWare then at the top click on Repair. See if that will solve your problem.
I tried that and still the same outcome of not loading. Thanks for the suggestion.
I just got it to work. I uninstalled and uninstalled everything in the registry. Restarted reinstalled and bam it’s working
