WD Smartware does not detect except one drive

I purchased 9 passport essentials as same model(WDBAAA3200ABK).

They work good as  normal external drives.

But In WD smartware, they aren’t detected except one drive.

so that I cannot use drive lock function.

I already have checked other Mac but same issue.

The trouble shooting I have had are below,

Check all drives formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

Firmware and software update to all drives

Connect other Mac

Appriciate if you have any solutions.
