WD SmartWare can not retrieve backed up volume. Worked on earlier version

I used a really old version of SmartWare that was on the drive at the time (firmware v1.030, My PassPort drive), and it was able to detect the backed up volume and recover it (even though 23 files failed).

I since upgraded to the latest version of SmartWare 1.6 and updated the drive firmware to 2.018 and now the backed up volume will not show at all.

The WD_SmartWare folder still exists on the drive with relevant files/folders.

If this the case the volume will need to be retrieved manually
