WD Smartware 2.0 hang on windows 7

 After I update WD smartware to 2.0.1.2 and I have update my windows patchs. does any of windows patch cause system to hang or Wd smartware cause to  system hangs 

I have uninstall the version from  my pc, I d’t feel system hang.

Any having same problem.

Hello,

No patch should cause that, I had tested several times today and got no problem at all. I’ll suggest you to uninstall and download the application again from the WD website.
