WD SmartWare 1.6.4 cannot backup MS Outlook PST files

I am using 500G drive and installed WD SmartWare 1.6.4.

I also update firmware to the latest version.

But I see that my MS Outlook .PST file cannot be backup recently. Its size is 2.6G.

I wonder that is problem of big file size or WD SmartWare issue?

If it is WD SmartWare issue then it seems WD has not been solved this for such a long time!

Please help.

The .PST file will only be copied every 24 hours.

But it hasn’t been backed up for a month, not only 24 hours.

Maybe from the time I installed 1.6.4 version.
