Hi,
I bought 2 WD My Book USB3 3to and tried to plug them behind my WD sharespace ( firmware 2.3.02) but i nothing worked as expected. After few research, i find out there is a 2To limitation (i think it’s more 1.5To) on the capacity of USB drives you can plug behind the WD Sharespace .
I heard that such limitation also exists on other WD products ( http://forum.wdlxtv.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4841 ) that finaly got theirs firmwares upgrades.
- Is there such an upgrade scheduled for WD sharespace ?
- Should i return my WD My Book USB3 3to drives ?
- Is there any alternative firmware i should try ?
Thank you for your help !
