WD SharedSpace visible in network environment but not mounting

I am looking to mount a WD ShareSpace to my Mac. The NAS is connected the router and visible in my network environment. On my Mac I can see the storage device and with the IP address I can access the admin module through a browser. But when I want to mount the drive, after filling in the credentials it gives an error message to check the server name and IP address and fails to mount. I reset it, rebooted NAS, Mac, Router - can’t find what is wrong. Many thanks.
