WD share with 2 default gateways

so

I have a WD share with static ip of 192.168.1.86

I have 2 different departments with two different default gateways one with 192.168.1.1 and other with 192.168.4.1

I can map the drive with the first one no problem

I can see the drive with the 192.168.4.1 but can not map it

Device only has on NIC

I was wondering if there is a way that we can map because there is a shared folder that both departments use on daily basis and would be easier to do with one shared folder

is that possible?

What if you join it to a common domain between the 2 departments?
