WD Server issues - does anyone from WD monitor the posts?

There are no multiple reports of being unable to Log in, create Share Links, download from a Share link via a Browser and other related issues, yet MyCloud Status is not showing this in its ’ Incidents History’, so apparently the problems with the WD Server / Software are not being tested and fixed.

Can a WD Spokes-person PLEASE comment and tell us the position

I believe WD does not have any position. They are like ghosts…
