Wd sentinel dx4000

Good Day! Anyone can help me with this, when i open it…
The DX4000 displays.
Initializing OK
Searching …
and then
STARTUP
FAILED: 0xD9

I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO, I DON’T KNOW HOW TO CONNECT IT INTO MONITOR. PLEASE HELP ME.

I don’t own one, maybe you can start this topic/discussion in the New Community for the WD Sentinal DX4000.

What monitor are you trying to connect to? Isn’t it connected to your router for your network?

@cat0w, even i connect it to network, once i on the power, it will display Initializing OK, then Searching …and then STARTUP FAILED: 0xD9, it will just stuck at the startup failed part.
