WD Sentinel DX4000 “Startup field 0xd9” and then “Bad Storage”

Hi there,
I have a Sentinel DX4000, after the message “STARTUP FAILED: 0xD9” appeared on the LCD I traied to perform a system recovery using a usb stick following the recovery guide included in the manual.
When booted my stoarge with the usb stick in it, after showing for a while “INITIALIZING OK. LOADING RECOVERY” a message appeared on the LCD “Bad Storage”.
i tried the steps included in this link and this link2
With no luck :disappointed:

I have important data that i don’t want to loose on the storage so hardcode factory reset is not an option.

Any help will be appretiated.

Thanks,
Omar

As in the second link list try a 3rd party program first to see if your data is still there
