WD Sentinel DX4000 - problem with startup

Hi everyone.

Yesterday i changed a memory in my WD SEntinel DX 4000 ( WDBLGT0160KBK-EESN - 4x4TB ).
Inside my WD is this memory:

I shutdown from remote desktop and replaced a memoty for this:

.

I now I have a problem.

When on WD i click the power button on screen i see text:
STARTUP INITIALIZING …
and power light is flashing

But nothing else is happening.

The disks are not starting.

I changed back to original memory in WD but I have a new problem, when i push the power button the disc lights shine red for a sec, the message startup initializing is shown on display and system loses power for two sec and is starting up to the same message on display startup initialising

does anyone know what might be wrong?

Regards
Michal

someone earlier had a problem with it cycling on and off and it was his power brick. PC’s will do that if the BIOS is broke. but no way to evaluate this without a video

I had a similar problem which turned out to be a poor connection between the motherboard and the drive array (small connecting board).
