WD Sentinel DX4000 POWER is ONLY Blinking, No letter or number in the display only blue LED and it is not connecting to router as well.

Please help.

You have pulled the power and tried again?
Find a voltmeter and check power supply
Does not sound good

Yah i did that.
Anyway the Power Supply that i am using is ONLY replacement.
and the VOLTAGE is OK 19volts.
Do you thinks is it because of the power supply?

was it working with the replacement before? Why are you using a replacement?

This is the first time i power it up with the new power supply that i bought. I misplaced the original power supply.

So i just bought the power supply in computer shop with 19volts, 6.9amps.

I have no idea. May be the power supply
I doubt the box just died sitting there

take the box to the computer shop and try diff supply

Its there anyway to force the DX4000 to boot in USB. Cos i dont think i have problem in power supply. i just borrowed the DX4000 PS of my friend and when i plugged it to my DX4000 is still the same. ONLY blinking power supply and blue screen.

but if you have nothing on the lcd I think it is broken
