Hi, probably wintel forbid them from doing so, that is how billy bad gates made his $, cheating and grabbing things he did not created.
WORKAROUND: create a vmachine, install windoze , there run WD, unlock/lock
drive, disconnect from vmachines, voila, Linux can use it. Done, One day we will be free from Msft ■■■■.
