WD security doesn't automatically unlock my devices

I am running 4 WD My Book HDD - 2 of them are locked with a password.

Though I marked the setbox for “automatically unlock” (in WD Security 2.0.0.76) - it nearly never happens and I have to unlock it manually (that works).

What can I do?

Found an article that reported from a WDDriveAutoUnlock.exe being responsible - this file is not on my machine. What is going wrong?

thanks for Your reply but exactly that’s what I did. But it doesn’t unlock my devices (I’ve got 5 MyBook - 1 constantly connected, 4 for backups but it works with none of them).
