WD Scropio Blue 320GB Not Detected

My internal hard disk which came with Dell Inspiron 1545 stop detecting on a fine day. The boot console says could not detect the internal hard drive, try to reseat to resolve the issue.

I have contacted Dell customer care people to reseat the drive but no luck. Is there anything WD can to to get back my hard drive to life?


I recommend you run a diagnostic on the drive using WD DLG.
