Hello,
I bought new WD Scorpio Blue 1TB WD10JPVX drive and after one hour of usage I noticed in HDTune parametr (04) Start/Stop Count is about 50 times!
I hear that also when drive all the time start and stop plates, this is veery annoying becasue I have to wait for his start before I can something read from it or write.
I have also other WD drives like older WD Scorpio Blue 500GB WD500BEVT and there is no this problem, also other my drives like WD Green’s.
How to fix that? for now I found little solution, I disable APM in CrystalDiskInfo, but this is not real solution because every time when I connect my drive I have to enable this.
CrystalDiskInfo detect this feaure APM on my drive on default as 60h.
Please Wester Digital realease new fix firmware ! PLEASE
